Majid Jalali (born 1956 in Tehran, Iran) is a retired Iranian football player and now a football manager, currently head coach of Esteghlal Ahvaz. He has served as the manager in several clubs in Iran and also of national football teams at various youth levels.

He started his club career with Alborz Tehran at age 17. Later he played for other Tehrani clubs Vahdat Tehran and Shahin F.C..

In 1982 he was invited to Iran national football team.

He started his coaching career at age of 21 while coaching Vahdat's youth team at the same time he was playing for the senior team. He officially coached Vahdat's senior team as of 1986. He was most notably coach of Pas F.C. and Saba Battery F.C. in recent years. He has also served as coach of Iran's Under-16, and Under-20, as well as Iran's Armed Forces Football Team.
