Majhauli Raj is a town and a nagar panchayat in Deoria district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.

As of 2001 India census[1], Majhauli Raj had a population of 17,200. Males constitute 51% of the population and females 49%. Majhauli Raj has an average literacy rate of 46%, lower than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 59%, and female literacy is 33%. In Majhauli Raj, 17% of the population is under 6 years of age.
