This article needs a lot of work to bring it up to an acceptable Wikipedia level. I would expect this article to be expanded to have more noteworthy information, like how the lottery works, where does the money go, etc. The Pennsylvania Lottery article is a good example of what this article should contain. I only recently started adding to Wiki. I expect others to add to those I start. The Pennsylvania Lottery article probably has been on a while. Loveyourcar 17:29, 29 April 2007 (UTC)
