Maire O'Neill

Maire O'Neill (b. 12 January 1885, Dublin, Ireland - d. 2 November 1952) was an Irish actress of stage and film.
Born as Mary Allgood and known as "Molly", she had been engaged to Irish playwright John Millington Synge before his untimely death. Her elder sister was actress Sara Allgood.
Maire O'Neill appeared in films from 1930 to 1953, including the Alfred Hitchcock film Juno and the Paycock.
She died in Park Prewett Hospital at Basingstoke, England, on 2 November 1952, aged 67, where she was receiving treatment after being badly burned in a fire at her London home, although IMDb reports her place of death as Belfast. [1]
