Mailiao, Yunlin

Mailiao (麥寮鄉), located in northwestern Yunlin County, Taiwan, is a township that has a crude oil-producing industry. With a population of 33,210, Mailiao has an area of 80.1668 km².

The Formosa Mailiao Refinery has set here to refine 400,000 bbls crude oils per day, and its harbor to export millions barrels per day to earn large volume of wealth to embress economy of the township.
