Maik Wagefeld (born February 25, 1981) is a German footballer who plays for Dynamo Dresden. Wagefeld, who plays as a midfielder, is in his third spell with Dynamo, having returned to the club in August 2007. He began his career with the club, helping them earn promotion from the NOFV-Oberliga in 2002, and attracted the interest of bigger clubs, joining 1. FC Nürnberg in 2004. After eighteen months he was back at Dynamo on loan, but was unable to stop the club being relegated from the 2. Bundesliga. He joined Hansa Rostock for the 2006-07 season, but only made eleven league appearances, and left after one year.
