From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This image should be fair use in Olympia Maidalchini for identification of the subject and critical commmentary on the work in question. The statue is by Alessandro Algardi from the 17 century. The copyright of the photo however is held by Dr. Ronald V. Wiedenhoeft. The image is low resolution and does not impede upon the copyright holder's ability to sell replicas of the statue of normal resolution versions of the photo. Source is from http://www.scholarsresource.com/browse/work/8465. No free equivalent could reasonably be expected to be created as the piece is housed in the Galleria Doria Pamphili which does not allow photography.
