[edit] Mahindra Defence Systems
Shouldn't this page mention Mahindra Defence Systems which provides and develops (amongst other things), the MM 550 XDB, Striker, Rakshak and armoured Scorpio 4x4's for the Indian Army? (Semi-Lobster 2:09, 15 July 2007 (UTC))
[edit] The page reads like a company brochure.
Fixed misleading paragraph, M&M is not selling vehicles in the U.S. that are approved for use on highways and public roads. AFAIK, only "off-road" use vehicles (tractors, etc.) are available.136.2.1.101 (talk) 14:14, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
"60 years of business excellence". Sounds like the company wrote this page. I'd like a more objective view of the company. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 169.3.228.87 (talk) 17:49, 6 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Mahindra logo.gif
Image:Mahindra logo.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Mention of Mr. Ghulam Mohammed
The article should mention that the company was renamed from Mahindra and Mohammed to Mahindra and Mahindra, after Mr. Ghulam Mohammed left the group and went to Pakistan, and became Pakistan's first Finance Minister. This change is not immediately understood in the writing used.

[edit] Products discussed
The entire range of products, by Mahindra & Mahindra, such as the Mahindra Voyager, India's first Multi Purpose Van, are missed out in this article. The entire range is provided on this Mahindra newsletter.
