Mahtab

Mahtab is a common Persian FEMALE given name (مهتاب). It translates to "Moonlight."
Mahtab may also refer to:
- Mahtab Bagh, or Moonlight Garden, the name given by scholars to the marble ruins opposite the Taj Mahal.
- Mahtab (or Mahtob), the daughter (one of three main characters) in the film Not Without My Daughter starring Sally Field and Alfred Molina, played by Sheila Rosenthal.
- One of the many 19th century maharajas and statesmen of Bardhaman, in the present-day Indian state of West Bengal.
