Guru Shabad Ratnakar Mahankosh is a Punjabi language encyclopedia in the public domain. It was compiled by Bhai Kahn Singh Nabha. It includes a dictionary of Punjabi words with details about Sikh religious terms as well as the general details of life as such during the late 19th century and early 20th century times. It not only serves as a reference book for Punjabi words but gives knowledge about those times and the places and life in general. Presently it is in gurmukhi Punjabi only and can be downloaded. The Punjabi University in Patiala is also trying to translate it into English.[1]
