[edit] Tales from the Crapper
This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Tales from the Crapper, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.mtv.com/movies/movie/262557/moviemain.jhtml. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.
This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 15:49, 23 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Censorship
In your article, cell, you censored out the word fuck and replaced some of it with asterisks. According to wikipedia policys, namely WP:PROFA, bowdlerizing is against the rules. The same quote you used is also on the books article, but is uncensored. Therefor I believe it is more appropriate to leave it uncensored, and have put in the word fucking. Also, a way you can avoid this is by rendering the actual quote to say expressing great enthusiasm about the book, Roth goes on to state...and then puting the word [sic] beside it. 69.148.158.112 (talk)

[edit] Lincoln (2009 film)
A tag has been placed on Lincoln (2009 film), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Alientraveller (talk) 11:29, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Re:
That's a rather abstract question! I gave her a few gifts. What did you do, and how have you been improving Wikipedia lately? Please remember that that is the purpose which talk pages are originally intended for. :) Regards, WilliamH (talk) 16:37, 14 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Mass posting on talk pages
Please don't mass post on people's talk pages as you are doing now. It is considered disruptive, and anyway Wikipedia is not a forum to discuss religion. --Hut 8.5 17:38, 15 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Republicans
Hello, Magicbullet5, thank you for visiting my user page. It's not so much a particular figure in the party, but rather, as I state on my page, some of their views. One of the big things is the abortion issue. Many Republicans seem to oppose abortion, and I am in agreement with that. I've always believed in human rights, born or unborn, and I believe that even the unborn of the world have the rights of every human. I also admire some figures of the party for who they are. Although he is not my choice for presient, I admire John McCain for what he's done for the country. He was a prisoner of war in Vietnam, but that didn't stop him from becoming a powerful figure on Capitol Hill. I also liked Bill Frist for his leadership qualities. Once again, thank for viewing my page, and if you dont mind me asking, what party do you support, and what members of that party do you like, respect, or admire? Chaz (talk) 00:50, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
Well what? Chaz (talk) 01:15, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
Well, I'm not really sure what to say next, but I do see what you mean about McCain being an opportunist. Chaz (talk) 17:02, 25 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Christianity is the only way to Christ.
I don't check wikipedia as much as I used to, but, yeah, I think Christianity is the only way to heaven. This is because Jesus in the Bible says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the father but through me." And as the Bible is the most historically accurate document I have ever read, I agree with it. Many other reasons but that's the long and short of it. Also, I think God drew me to Himself. Scifiintel (talk) 21:45, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
-
- Umm, please show me a more accurate document, most have biases that are so blatant it's gross. Advertisements are biased, tvs shows are because they are for entertainmetn, textbooks are, news articles are, the bible is not.
-
- Even the title of that book is a lie. It was written by one man, so it should be called a person's history, your going to have to do better than that, and at the end of the day I will always find something false or distorted about anything you throw at me, except the Bible... could you cite for me a specific contradiction in the Bible, because you probably were misinformed, as it is even hard to find things which look like they could be contradictions? Scifiintel (talk)
- I don't have time to go through all of these, as this is the last response I will give, but I will take the first as an example.... which is clearly not a contradiction, you shouldn't have cited any that werent even contradictionsd, but you probably had to since their arent any. God in the bible tells us that robbery is wrong. Ex. 3:22 is god telling the israelites to ask for gold from the egyptians, and they give it. The bible says the egyptians were "plundered" the original hebrew for this word means " to snatch away, deliver, rescue, save, strip, plunder" [1] ... that is not robbery. Scifiintel (talk) 22:26, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
- I don't have time right now, but if you want me to I'll go through all of them.... Make the list as long as you like, and I'll get through it sooner or later. Scifiintel (talk) 22:34, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
- Yes I do, as long as we are looking at ancient greek, hebrew, and aramaic manuscripts with an understanding that their are slight variations among the oldest of these manuscripts and all of the most reputable must be taken as possibilities of the original. Scifiintel (talk) 22:41, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
- I agree with them. it's nice that slavery is no longer lawful so according to the Bible it is wrong: We are to obey the laws of the land unless they go against the law of God, Jesus said, "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's, to God what is God's."
[edit] My favorite Bible verses
Thank you for sharing your favorite Bible verses with me. Here are mine:
John 3:16
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.
Romans 3:21-24
21 But now, the righteousness of God outside the law is made plain, being witnessed by the law and by the prophets;
22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith to all and upon all them that believe, for there is no difference.
23 For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
24 Being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.
Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
John 20:27b
...and be not faithless, but believing.

[edit] Religion Thesis
I am glad that you would ask me about this religion. I believe it is a way of life and i believe that "Christianity" itn't a religion but that it stands for a way of life. I believe that there is a higher power over everyone. I've been raised in an extremely christian family which gave me a strong hand hold on life (christianity). I believe that the ten commandments are my steps closer to a better life and a better, brighter future. I understand and believe that God is our power and that he sent his only son down to be sacraficed for our sins, and without that noone would be safe, therefore i feel that it's my duty and my responsibility to share the love of Christ with everyone. again thank you for your interest and hope that you have a wondeful day.

[edit] Awards
While I appreciate the enthusiasm, I'd like to politely request that you remove the WP Films Award barnstar from your userpage. This award (along with most others) is supposed to be conferred upon a user by other editors, not by the awardee him or herself. I have no doubt, though, that with time, diligence, and effort, you will be able to earn one too! :) Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions. Many thanks, Girolamo Savonarola (talk) 04:16, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Jesus
Hey there magicbullet5. I see you don't beleive in God...I was wondering why? I read your message on aJC Freak's page I will start a discussion if you wish. But, I would really like you to know Christ. The K.O. King (talk) 15:01, 4 June 2008 (UTC)
So you don't believe in God who has written His own Book (The Bible) but you believe in a giant Unicorn? The K.O. King (talk) 15:29, 4 June 2008 (UTC)
God didn't write the book literally. The words are his humans wrote down the words of God. If God didn't write the Bible who did? The K.O. King (talk) 15:40, 4 June 2008 (UTC)
First of all God wrote the Bible there is so much scientific evidence that supports the Bible. Also, yes many Christians diss Islam I too believe it is wrong, but those people you see have their hearts in the wrong place God said we should love all and in this day and time it is hard and so many Christians have fallen (even I a few times) but we all need to love. The K.O. King (talk) 14:38, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
The Grand Canyon was created by a massive amount of water (Noah's Flood). I can give you more later if you want like, where did the ten commandment come from and if the Bible isn't true why is where the mountain where Noah got the ten commandments have a burn mark from where God wrote with his finger that was like FIRE!!! The K.O. King (talk) 14:49, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
Look I don't like you dissing my God but I forgive anyway. I know there is a God. I thought that after all the sins and evil I've done God could never love me, but the God I serve loves me with an never ending love that I can't explain in words. If there isn't a God I am sure having a great time serving Him anyway. And, if there is a God (which I know there is) what happens to you when you stand before him during judgement day? You can say there is no God all you want but I will pray for you. The K.O. King (talk) 14:55, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
I sinned before I became saved. I became saved when I was around 12 years old. There is no way I will turn my back on my God who always loved me. Maybe you should give Jesus a try, trust me you won't regret it. The K.O. King (talk) 15:02, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
The church never made me feel bad the church makes me feel good and happy. The K.O. King (talk) 19:50, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
