[edit] Same Guy?

I'm just curious about this, but is the Magmatron portrayed in BW Neo, the Beast Machines toyline and the Gathering the same character or three different Transformers bearing the same name?SMegatron 19:39, 30 March 2007 (UTC)

Most fans and the writers at IDW claim it's one guy, who it seems has had a long an interesting life. To be fair, some fans debate this. After all, is Pretender Cloudburst and Phoenix the same guy? Maybe yes, maybe no. user:mathewignash

Originally I fleshed out the article to treat each incarnation of Magmatron as separate characters who could possibly be the same guy, or that some of them could be. user:mathewignash then later altered it. Dinobot Magmatron makes vague references to the Neo Magmatron, but I‘m not aware of any concrete connections between The Gathering Magmatron and any of the pervious incarnations. --The Matrix Prime 21:06, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
