Well, there are certain people who should be allowed to because of what they have done for Magic:

What this means? Are they allowed to vote or not? This is very poorly worded, like someone expressing a opinion, when an encyclopedia should contain just facts.

EDIT: The wording has been changed, and this complaint should be removed.
