[edit] scientist name change proposal
Hi all,
I found this article about "Maggie Boden" and discovered, afterwards, that her name is "Margaret A. Boden". I found it misleading to have her cited by a "nickname", supposing that's the case.
So, what do you think of changing the name to the real one? Is there any reason to keep it like this?

Must say, I agree. Was quite taken aback when I came across this just now: Had she changed the way she preferred to be known publicly for some obscure (but possibly intriguing!) personal reason, as some kind of feminist gesture, or what? These were the kind of absurd thoughts that sprang to mind. The entry on Olivier is not labeled "Larry Olivier." So what's going on here? Could someone please explain. I'm all in favor of changing it to Margaret - unless, of course, Prof Boden should insist otherwise.Wingspeed (talk) 15:02, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
CORRECTION: Have just checked Boden's web page at Sussex Univ. And, lo & behold! She labels herself "Prof Maggie Boden." Well, I never! Wingspeed (talk) 15:31, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
