Magomed Aripgadjiev or Mahamed Ali (born September 23, 1977 in Kaspiysk) is a Belarusian boxer, who competed in the Light Heavyweight (81 kg) at the 2004 Summer Olympics and won the silver medal.

Aripgadjiev participated in the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney for Azerbaijan, and won the Silver Medal at the light heavyweight division in the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens fighting for Belarus.

He won silver at the 2003 World Amateur Boxing Championships in Bangkok, Thailand when he beat Clemente Russo but lost to Yevgeniy Makarenko.
In Athens 2004 he defeated Ramiro Reducindo 29:10, Edgar Muñoz 18:10 , Lei Yuping 27:18 and Ahmed Ismail 23:20 before he lost to Andre Ward 13:20.
His idol is Muhammad Ali.
