Magnhild Meltveit Kleppa

Magnhild Meltveit Kleppa (born November 12, 1948 in Fister, Rogaland) is a politician for Senterpartiet in Norway. She was the Norwegian Minister of Social Affairs 1997-2000 and was appointed Minister of Local Government and Regional Development on 21 September 2007. She was elected to Stortinget for the first time in 1993, and has been reelected three times, lastly in 2005.
