Margaret McIntosh ('Maggie') McEleny MBE (born 1965) is a Scottish swimmer. She has paraplegia and epilepsy due to a head injury at age 11, which left her blind for a while.
McEleny has won
- three gold and two silver medals at the 1996 Atlanta Paralympics.
- a gold and two silver medals at the 2000 Sydney Paralympics, where she was also a flag bearer for the opening ceremony.
- two silver medals at the 2004 Athens Paralympics.
