The Mafia Ring Boxes are weapons in the anime and manga series Katekyo Hitman Reborn! created by Amano Akira.

The ring boxes are the center of combat in the manga's future arc. The boxes are as old as the mafia underworld itself and are shrouded in mystery. The ring boxes are simple boxes that contain powerful weapons. The boxes were created by three scientist who worked for a yet to be revealed secret organization. The boxes are powered by the flame emitted by both the Vongola rings and the Millfiore rings. The boxes powers are relative dependent on the users flame. The bigger the flame that is used to power the box the more powerful the weapon is, however a flames size can only give the box a fraction of its power. The true strength of the boxes is pulled from the flame's purity. As a flame become more and more pure the boxes power will increase exponentially.

There are two distinct types of boxes that were created. First, there is the original animal boxes that were created from four century old blueprints. Second, there is the new boxes that could produce any weapon that could be imagined.

There are 343 different animal boxes. These boxes produce weapons that are based on animals, both real and legendary. Each box releases their respective animal. The animal is covered in the users flame and given abilities their real life counterparts don't have.

Boar	This boar is called the true strongest lancer of the Millefiore family. With its two tusks charged with electricity and flame coupled with its massive size it can take down almost any opponent.	Thunder	1
Centipede	The centipede is able to catch and ensnare its opponents. They have a vice like grip and can act as a shield for their user, as well as trap its opponent. It is unclear if the box creates one centipede or if it can create multiple centipedes as two have been seen at the same time, but only one box is shown.	Cloud	1
Fox	Creates a large fox made entirely from electricity. It has no real physical form as it jumps around a lot in its electrical form.	Thunder	1
Hedgehog	The hedgehog is a very small animal. It is covered in spikes and can either be used as a projectile weapon or it can encase its opponent in an airtight and impenetrable ball.	Cloud	4
Kangaroo	Ryohei calls this kangaroo Kangaryuu which means "my way of honour". The kangaroo is a support type animal box weapon. This kangaroo is a doe with a pouch that contains Ryohei's Sun boxing gloves and a pair of boots similar to the Blackspell's Dark Boots. Both the boots and gloves are stored within Kangaryuu's pouch so that they can be charged with Sun flames. He is also covered in scars (it is unclear if the scars were from Ryohei training with it or if they were designed into the weapon's original design itself).	Sun	1
Kraken	This huge kraken is known as the Rain Giant Squid. It is the largest box produced animal shown and is capable of great feats of strength with its 10 large tentacles, like shattering concrete. The tentacles can be infused with dying will flame to create twisters of flame.	Rain	1
Owl	This owl is covered in the user's dying will flame. It is capable of flying and uses its wings as bladed weapons.	Rain	1
Scorpion	The scorpion can spray flame from its tail as an attack in the same way that a flamethrower does. It is unclear if the box creates one scorpion or if it can create multiple scorpions as Binachi has several fighting Gokudera, but only one box is shown to have been used.	Storm	1
Spider	The spiders that are the smallest box weapon shown. The spiders created from this box are very tiny and are able to get everywhere. The spiders are created in their eggs and can burst out at any time. They are also capable of creating a spider web to hold opponents captive. This box is another that creates multiple animals from a single box. Its unclear of how many spiders the box can produce.	Sun	1
Stag Beetle	The Stag Beetle attacks in a nearly unpredictable format. It is called the Cervo Volante in Italian. Its mandible is charged with the Storm flame.	Storm	8
Swallow	The swallow is used by Takeshi Yamamoto in his newly created Shigure Souen Style: Scontro di Rodine (Clash of the Swallow).	Rain	1
Tsuchinoko	The Tsuchinoko is a giant mythical snake. It is known as the Serpente Tempesta (Storm Snake). It is capable of consuming the attacks of other box weapons and the weapons themselves to grow in strength. Anything that touches the snakes scales becomes engulfed in its flame and begins to be destroyed. It is also capable of internally storing its flame in order to be able to spring forward at incredible speed's.	Storm	1
Wild Cat	This box creates a small playful wild cat that is very attached to Gokudera. The cat refuses to return to his box or obey any orders thus far. The cat is the first of the four Storm boxes that make up the Sistema C.A.I.	Storm	1

There are two types of new boxes that have been created. It has been shown that there are numerous copies of these boxes as the Black Spell's 3rd squad almost all have a weapon from this category. The first type are empty boxes. These boxes are empty and are used for several different purposes. They have been shown to both keep items safe, such as an Arcobaleno pacifier, or to store a person's flame in reserve. The second type of new boxes contain weapons that are also powered by the flame. The bulk of these boxes have been shown to be in the possession of the Millefiore family.

Arm Skull Cannon	This cannon straps to its user's wrist. It is capable of launching either a projectile that the user places in its chamber, or a burst of seemingly nothing that can extinguish another users flame. It has a small flame screen that gives its user instructions in Italian.	Storm	1
Balloon	The balloon is a reconnaissance device used to watch over its user and provide them with information and intelligence.	Mist
Billiard Balls	These billiard balls are filled with electricity and are launched at an opponent. Together they are able to create a large attack being strung together by their electrical charge. The box lets loose 10 balls.	Thunder	1
Bone Ring 1	This circle of bones is the second box in the Sistema C.A.I. It creates a shield and is made up of four bones. The box creates two rings that protect the users sides.	Storm	1
Bone Ring 2	These bones appear are the third box of the Sistema C.A.I. It also creates a shield and is made of 16 bones arranged in a more complex pattern then the first bones ring. The box creats two rings that protect the users front and back.	Storm	1
Camouflage Print Cover	The cover camouflages its user. Once used the user is invisible to the naked eye and radar, however the radar used to sense the flame emitted by the rings can be detected.	Mist
Canister	This small canister is the forth box in the Sistema C.A.I. It has yet to be shown what it does.	Storm	1
Carpet	The carpet is a flying carpet that has its tassels burning with flame.	Storm	1
Dark Axe	A large axe with a twin blades made of flame. It only appears in the anime.
Dark Boots	Every member of the Black Spell's 3rd squad has a pair of these boots. They appear to allow their user to defy gravity.
Dark Scythe	A large scythe equipped with two sections of armour to protect the users hands. The scythe's blade covered in flame and capable of launching flame attacks. The scythe has been shown to have either a normal blade or a much more intricate one with holes and a more evil looking design.	Storm
Dark Slicer	The Dark Slicer box produces saw like blades covered in dying will flame. The disks are attracted to an opponent's flame. Every time they get close or make contact they absorb their opponents flame and become faster until it achieves a speed 1.5 times that of their target. The blades are designed to not hit their user. The box has been shown to hold multiple Dark Slicer's.	Storm	1
Dark Spear	A large spear with twin flame blades on the one end.
Dark Sword	A large sword with a blade made of flame. It only appears in the anime.
Flame Spikes	This box creates flame covered spikes that act as armour for their user.
Flame Storage	Stores a user's flame in reserve so that they can use it later in a variety of different ways.	All attributes
Lance	This lance is much larger than its user and is able to harness the power of the electricity flame to pierce almost any opponent.	Thunder	1
Melone Base	This box is part of the Millefiore family's Melone base. The box appears to be integrated into a secret base system that allows for the shifting of certain blocks that make up the base. The box appears to only a conduit for the rings energy to be used in the transformation.	Sun	1
Rope	A flame charged rope that can entangle its opponent. It is very strong and is able to ensnare any one so long as the flame is strong enough	Sun	1
Scalpel	A small scalpel that uses the power of the sun flame to heal. With a simple touch this scalpel is able to stimulate a persons cells to have them heal at a rate hundreds of times faster than that of a normal person.	Sun	1
