Evgenij Popov was born on the 5th of July 1988 in St.Petersburg, Russia. At a young age Evgenijs parents decided to move their family to the central european country of Switzerland. Evgenij attended local Swiss schools for his primary education and learnt to speak German and French early in his life. In the latter half of his 5th grade year he chose to move to the Internaional School of Basel where he completed the rest of his education in English. After scoring well on his IBO Middle Years program (GCSE equivilant) he entered the International Baccalaureate program. In his 12th grade year he revcieved an offer from the prestigous London School of Economics. However Evgenij's boyhood dreams came to an abrupt and crashing end when he failed even to pass his International Baccalaureate Diploma. In a last ditch attempt to recover the dreams he saw flying out of his reach, Evgenij registered to resit some of his exams in the Novermber exam session. However before taking these he was forced to flee the country before he was tortured and murdered by his furious parents. Over the past few years Evgenij has been forced to use multiple identities to remain hidden from the long arms of the Russian Mafia that his father hired, though previous business contacts, to hunt him down and return him to Switzerland, and those of the Swiss Army, where Evgenij was due to complete his conscript training in late 2006. The last reported sightings of Mr.Popov where in Oxford and in London, where two of his High School Teodor Werner and Benjamin Müller attend University.
