[edit] Discussion

Didn't Mae Questel do the voices of Popeye and Bluto herself while the male voice actors were overseas in World War Two?

I thought a couple of other women did the voice of Betty Boop for the first few cartoons before Mae Questel became the permanent voice.

Wow! My last name is Questel. I thought i was the only one. 71.249.82.78 19:08, 7 May 2007 (UTC)

I have a copy of the "Hollywood on Parade" with Bela Lugosi on a VHS tape "Mondo Lugosi". The setting is a Hollywood Waxworks and Mae appears as a waxwork/live action version of Betty Boop and not as herself. Lugosi as Dracula fangs Betty but not before telling her "Bet-ty, yoo 'ave boo-ooped yur last Boo-oop!" 203.171.197.65 (talk) 12:32, 26 December 2007 (UTC)
