Maeshafn

Maeshafn is a very small village in Denbighshire, near to the Flintshire border, north-east Wales.
There are no shops in the village but there is a popular pub called the Miners Arms. The village is home to Maeshafn Cricket Club whose home games are played in the nearby village of Nercwys. The A494 road is 1 mile away. Maeshafn and the villages nearby are popular with tourists who enjoy walking in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty; there are some lovely walks nearby up Loggerheads, 1 mile away, and also Moel Famau, around 2 miles away. The Offa's Dyke Path is also nearby. The nearest town to Maeshafn is Mold which is 3 miles away.
