Talk:Maduro (musician)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This article should not be deleted as Maduro is an important and influential musician in the belly dance and tribal style belly dance community; his music is used in the Bellydance Superstars as well as several upcoming belly dance DVDs (from World Dance New York and Hollywood Music Productions) which will be available for purchase worldwide. In addition, fellow and similar artists such as Pentaphobe and Smadj also have pages on wikipedia that have not been deleted, as well as label-mate Tim Rayborn. In regards to independent reviews, his work has been reviewed in several publications (in print and online) by entities independent from the artist, such as Igloo Magazine, The Hip Circle, and Zaghareet (one of the largest publications catering to the belly dance community). Please see Maduro's "Reviews" page on the web for more details. Kiaroskuro 03:20, 14 February 2007 (UTC)

Great - why don't you fold those independent reviews into the article to demonstrate notability, and then I think you're probably in good shape. Philippe Beaudette 03:41, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
Excellent... I just added review links to the page. Thanks for the guidance. Kiaroskuro 04:03, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
