I can't seem to find what happened after Washington's imprisonment. Did he just rot in jail or was he freed?

I think it's funny that they sailed to Nassau where they were free men, and where they were imprisoned. Baiter 19:46, 22 January 2006 (UTC)

Were can I find information on the journal of the Creole? My great grandfather was a crew member, Blinn Curtis who went ashore in Maine in the early 1840's built a house and raised his family.
