[edit] Moving this page
This came up on the AfD... Apparently, the Tamil 'dh' and 'th' are written the same way, so in English this name could be written as either Mathan or Madhan (or even Madan, which is the name the article currently leads with and the one used in the site linked at the bottom.) Of these three, it's plain that "Mathan" is the worst choice... Unlike the other two, it turns up almost no Google results related to him no matter what you do with it, which was part of the reason he was put up for AfD in the first place. Madan, incidently, can refer to several different things, and there's already a disambig page there (I already added this article to it.) So. Should this article be moved to Madhan, to Madan (writer), or should it stay here? --Aquillion 01:41, 10 October 2005 (UTC)
- Yes, 'Mathan' is not the best way to write the name in English, 'Madan' or 'Madhan' would be okay. As Madan is already a dab page, and as it can refer to different things I rename (move) this page from 'Mathan' to 'Madhan'. -śrīni 06:50, 15 October 2005 (UTC)
