Madras Middle School is a middle school located in Northeastern Coweta County, Georgia. It serves grades 6 to 8 as part of the CCSS (Coweta County School System). It is one of the newest of Coweta's Middle schools. The school was housed in Northgate High Schools facilities during its construction and was named Northgate Middle School until 1998 when it moved into its current building and was renamed Madras Middle School. Madras's rival school is Smokey Road Middle School. Graduates from Madras then attend Northgate High School and Newnan High School . It is the 2nd most populated middle school in Georgia, after Creekland Middle School.There are many students that go there. most of the school is(or) white there is about 6% percent black,about 88% white, and 6% other.There are about zeor fights. Most of the students are preps.
