Madhya Maha Vidyalaya

Madhya Maha Vidyalayas or Central Colleges where established by the late Minister of Education Hon. Dr.C.W.W. Kannangara, as part of his initiative in establishing free education in Sri Lanka. These are funded and administered by the local provincial council.
