Madgwicks is a commercial law firm based in Melbourne, Australia and specialising in commercial litigation, energy and workplace relations. Its two equity partners are Peter Kennedy and Graeme Levy.

The firm represents fugitive businessman Abe Goldberg who despite being bankrupt has amassed hundreds of millions of dollars worth of property assets in Poland where he has become a citizen.^[1]

The firm has also represented two syndicates involved in nursing home investments that had the Australian Securities and Investment Commission investigating their activity.^[2]
