Madala

Madala is a village 21 miles southwest of Guntur in Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, India. It has a population of about 10,000. Most are Hindus, and the most widely spoken languages are Telugu and Urdu. The main industry is agriculture, with a focus on rice. The per capita income is $1,156.
