Mad Kowz

The Mad Kowz is a Winnipeg street gang. The gang recruits from Aboriginals and Africans. The most notorious member of the gang is Hussein Jilaow, a Somali refugee but deported back to his native country in May 23, 2007 for allegedly assaulting guards while incarcerated numerous times.
