Mad (Hungarian: Nagymad) is a village and municipality in the Dunajská Streda District in the Trnava Region of south-west Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1254.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 114 metres and covers an area of 7.715km². It has a population of about 498 people.
