Susan Wokoma (birth name: Indiaba Susan Wokoma [a]) is a British stage and television actress who was born on December 31, 1987 in Southwark[1], London.[2] Susan, who is sometimes credited as Suzie Wokoma, is best known for her appearence as one of the eight adventurers in Serious Jungle in 2002 and her role as Marie in That Summer Day in 2006, but she has also appeared in multiple stage productions[3] most notably the National Youth Theatre's abridged version of Merchant of Venice which was performed at the Royal Opera House and filmed as part of a BBC documentary.[1] Susan has received acting education from the National Theatre, the Albany Theatre and she is a member of Saturday Live! - a music theatre group run by English National Opera.[3]
Susan gained a place at the prestigious drama school RADA and will start her actor's training as of September 2007.
