Macomona liliana, or the large wedge shell, is a bivalve mollusc of the family Tellinidae, endemic to New Zealand. It is found in muddy sandflats at and below low tide level.

The shell is moderate to large, and fairly solid and ovate. Coloration is ivory-white, with a thin olive-coloured periostracum, usually mostly worn off. The interior is shining white, often diffused with yellow. Sculpture consists of exceedingly fine and dense concentric lirations, almost smooth to the eye.

Length is up to 66 mm, and height 50 mm.
