Maciej Filip Zegarski (born 12 February 1982) is a Polish politician, current Member of Bydgoszcz City Council who represents the 3rd district.

On 12th November 2006 he ran for Bydgoszcz City Council. He got 702 votes in 3rd district, as candidate from Civic Platform list. He was a fourth in party's list and he was not elected. On 24 April 2007 Edward Hartwich resign from office. Maciej Zegarski tookover Hartwich's seat on 30 May 2006. He is a Vice-Chairperson of Audit Committee and a member of Cooperation with European Union Committee.
