Machine Project is a Los Angeles based not-for-profit arts organization and educational center founded in 2004 by Mark Allen, one of the founding members of C-Level (now Betalevel), an artists collective. [1]

Machine Project has a storefront exhibition space, in which they have exhibited works by artists such as Brody Condon, Tom Jennings, Ryan Taber and Cheyenne Weaver. Their workshops cover a variety of DIY technology, from electronics and sewing, to cheese making and urban plant foraging.[2]
