Macedonian NLA may refer to:

  1. The Macedonian National Liberation Army, (Macedonian: Народно-ослободителна војска на Македонија or Народно-ослободителна армија на Македонија) (aka People's Liberation Army of Macedonia), a WWII anti-fascist military formation of the ethnic Macedonians in the National Liberation War of Macedonia (1941-1945).
  2. The Albanian National Liberation Army (Albanian: Ushtria Çlirimtare Kombëtare - UÇK, Macedonian: Ослободителна национална армија - ОНА), a nationalist and separatist paramilitary organisation of the Albanians in the Republic of Macedonia struggling for Greater Albania during the 2001 Macedonia conflict.
