MacFC is a freeware Nintendo Entertainment System emulator. It is available for both Mac OS X and Mac OS Classic. It was originally released in the Japanese language but has recently been translated to English by Ben Boldt.

- High accuracy picture indication
Many emulators draw basically at only the scanning line 1 unit, but as for MacFC we load the system which can do drawing at 1 dot unit, CPU we do the drawing which same period is done. In addition, behavior of portion at the time of the raster scroll has been reproduced almost accurately. With these things, indication of the land of "F-1 race/lace" and so on can be reproduced almost completely.
- Treble quality sound
With the sampling rate and individual waveform processing of 44.1kHz/16Bit, the treble quality which does not have the turbidity sound is reproduced. The majority of the built-in sound sources and the disk system sound source draws up on the basis of the individual findings from, in the especially disk system sound source, reproduces also the vibrato whose reappearance is difficult until now accurately. In addition, it corresponds to also the phenomenon where volume changes with the value of the $4011, promptly.

PowerPC the Macintosh computer series which loads the processor PowerPC edition: Mac OS 8.1 - Mac OS 9.2.2 Carbon edition: Mac OS 8.6 or more/as for Mac OS X with only Mac OS X 10.3.5 operation verification being completed.
