An equivalent photo is unable to be produced as station is not yet constructed (as at 2007-06-10). An equivalent photomontage is unable to be produced as the design blueprints are not available to the public. A free equivalent image is not available.

Use of promotional image does not detract from the ability of TIDC to profit from the future development depicted. TIDC does not "sell" their image galleries so fair use would not undermine their business.

A single, low-resolution image is used to illustrate the design of the station currently under construction.

The image has been previously published.

The image is considered encyclopedic and meets general Wikipedia content requirements.
