Purpose of use	The logo identifies the school in this article. It is used in the same way as most wikipedia school entries use their logo, and this use could not mislead a reader into thinking that the article is written or authorised by any representative of Macleod College. It appears at the top of the article, confirming that the reader has reached the right article. The article is not unduly negative about the (presumed) copyright holder. Being a state-funded educational institution, Macleod College is in the business of sharing knowledge, which is in keeping with the spirit of Wikipedia and of allowing fair use of its logo. (As the copyright holder is not a US institution, it is not clear why US law is more applicable than Australian copyright law here. However, I believe that this use also complies with Australian fair use laws.)
