Maalhos (Dhivehi: މާޅޮސް) is one of the inhabited islands of Ari Atoll, belonging to the Alif Alif Atoll administrative division. Maalhos is the westernmost island of the Maldives.

Buddhist remains have been found in Maalhos, a small porites stupa known locally as 'Mudu', and a Porites urn with Vajrayana inscriptions.
