Malgorzata Glinka-Mogentale (born September 30, 1978 in Warsaw) is a Polish volleyball player. She won twice European Championship in 2003 and 2005.

She started her career in Skra Warszawa (1993-1996). Subsequently she played for top Polish teams such as Dick Black Andrychów (1996-1998) and Augusto Kalisz.

In the years 1999-2003 she had been playing in Minetti Vincenza and since 2003 in Asystel Novara, both in Italy. In season 2005/2006 Glinka had been playing in RC Cannes, and she is currently a player of Gruppo 2002 Murcia - Spain league.
