M Resort is a $1 billion casino hotel project on 80 acres[1] by Marnell Corrao Associates on Las Vegas Boulevard in Henderson, Nevada. It is located near the proposed Southern Highlands Resort.[2] The complex includes a 92,000 square foot casino[3] and a 400 room hotel.[4]

Anthony Marnell III acquired the land for the project for $240 million.[2]
The project was approved on October 17, 2005.
MGM Mirage announced a $160 million investment in the resort on April 26, 2006.[1]
