Three classes of submarine are known as the M class
- The M class of 148 submarines of the Soviet Navy, built between 1933 and 1947
- The M class of three "submarine monitors" of the Royal Navy built in 1917 and 1918.
- The M class of one submarine (M-1) of the United States Navy.
