M/F/V/D is a short form for the term Male/Female/Veteran/Disabled, and is used in the context of Equal Opportunity Employment. [1]
It is usually seen to be written after the term EOE or Equal Opportunity Employer, e.g. EOE M/F/V/D, or Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/V/D.
