I added the notability template. There really isn't anything in the article explaining his notablility, and a quick Google search doesn't yeild much; in fact, it gets to his wife's geneaology on the first page. I'm pretty sure this is just a vanity page and could be speedy deleted, but I want to give it a chance just in case. That's why I also fixed some lnks and did a little copyediting.
