Biographical Directory of the U.S. Congress has Nov 27 [1]. University of Georgia houses his papers and lists his death as Nov 27 [2]. Encyclopedia Britannica, though wrong almost as often as wikipedia, lists his death as Nov 27 [3]. Thanks for making me go back and check, though. Sayeth 14:40, 22 December 2005 (UTC)
