M. Fred Bild

M. Fred Bild is a former Canadian diplomat and current invited professor at the University of Montreal Department of East Asian Studies. He was concurrently appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Laos, Myanmar and Thailand then to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam then the People's Republic of China and Mongolia.
