The M'alayah (Arabic: معلايه) is a kind of dance common in the UAE, and other Arab states of the Persian Gulf Except in Saudi Arabia, Because the Religious Police Prevent it. Most commonly done by the people of Baluchistan[citation needed]. It is known for its fast sensual movements of the buttocks and backside. The dance is accompanied by a singer and several drummers.
