M1 is a Carrier class space ship in the X computer game series, developed by Egosoft. It is capable of carrying several ships and heavy armaments. These ships are constructed and used by the 7 major races in the X Universe, the Argon Federation, the Boron Kingdom, the Kha’ak, the Paranid Empire, the Split Dynasty, the Teladi Company and the Xenon. Factions such as the Pirates and Yaki do not use these ships.
