The M1 Line is a line of the Copenhagen Metro, coloured green on the map. It runs from Vanløse to Vestamager through the centre of Copenhagen, sharing track with M2. As there are no S-train lines on Amager, the main purpose of M1 is to connect Ørestad with the rest of Metropolitan Copenhagen. The track is elevated from ground level on western Amager.
