M-80 is a state trunkline in the Upper Peninsula of the U.S. state of Michigan. It runs from Kinross to M-129 near Donaldson. It serves the site of the former Kincheloe Air Force Base and the current Chippewa County International Airport.

In the 1930s, M-80 was designated on a road from M-30 north of Edenville to M-18 in Beaverton.
